We will serve Friday evening dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and banquette, and Sunday breakfast.

The feast theme is “Från kojan till slottet” (From the hut to the castle). Join us on a culinary journey across northern Scandinavia, sampling the variety of foods gathered by those living in the poorest peasant’s hut, hunted by those of better means, grown by the prosperous farmers, and (down in the southern bits of Scandinavia), the rich foods eaten in the palaces.
